- Expanded information in reports, 'modification date' column:
Starting from this version, a new field has been added in the following lists that shows the date and time of the last modification made to the reservation. This field, called 'Modification Date', allows users to quickly and accurately view changes, making it easier to track and efficiently manage reservations.

Additionally, a new field has been added to display the date of the last modification on the reservation inquiry screen:
- Improved notification for rate, offer, promotion and closure changes
A new alert has been implemented to notify users when trying to create a reservation and the selected rate, offer, or promotion is already closed.
For example, if the BAR rate is closed for 05/20/2024, the system will display a notice indicating that this rate is not available on that date.
When trying to process a reservation for a date affected by this closure, the system will display the following message:

Improved control over deactivation of notifications in a reservation.
A control system has been implemented that allows hotels to manage the deactivation of certain notifications. This setting is essential to ensure that users do not disable key notifications necessary to maintain proper and well-informed operations.
Previously, users could select the "Don't ask again" option when making a change to a reservation. To prevent this option from appearing, the Modal remaining action box must be deactivated.
Now administrators can decide if certain notifications are mandatory for all users. This feature ensures that important notifications are not overlooked, improving the system's operational efficiency and reducing potential errors.
- Ability to define mandatory fields to create a company or client
From the chain preferences configuration, as a new feature in this version, two boxes have been added with selectors for mandatory fields during the creation of guest and company profiles.
The new PLAY feature makes it easy to quickly and orderly navigate between different filtered reservations. This assistant allows the PMS user to move between reservations applying filters such as departure date, stay, room type, or guest. In the knowledge base link, we explain step by step how to use this tool.
The option to EDIT the content of all templates visible on screen has been added, providing a higher level of customization in guest communication. This feature allows you to edit and adjust the message according to the specific needs of the hotel, adding value to the customer experience and ensuring that written communication is more precise and relevant.
With this tool, users can easily personalize the content of emails or messages sent from the system.
- Improvement in guest communication system
With this new version, it is possible to create multiple versions of email templates, allowing greater customization in communication with clients. Users can preview and select the appropriate template depending on the situation, such as reservations or cancellations, and set one as default to speed up sending personalized emails. The blue number next to the @ versions available for that particular template.
- The improvement to automatic assignment for different types by day allows you to assign rooms even when there are category changes during the stay. Through the "View daily details" option, you can get a complete view or modify assignments. For example, it's possible to easily change a room from "Triple" to "Double".
This ensures that assignments are reflected automatically and accurately.
- New option to invoice cancellation fees in package rates, for example (bed and breakfast)
Before: generates cancellation fee production on board basis:
New option: Grouped production in a cancellation fee charge per day:
- Night Audit > an additional step is added for group block cleaning. In case the group wash with arrival of the day has not been performed, this prevents occupancy discrepancies between blocked and reserved rooms.

Internationalization > Bulgaria adaptations:
- PMS adaptation to Cyrillic alphabet
- Bulgarian Lev BGN added in currency change configuration
- Bulgarian added as default language for guest communication
- Various adaptations for invoices to include required legal information for the destination. -
Rates > New price rule configurator assistant. An assistance layer is created to streamline the entry of incremental rules or discounts by types and occupancies:
- We optimized guest registration when a reservation is in checked-in or inhouse status
In order to have a real record of the entry dates of second or third guests, the following options have been created to choose from.

Register now:
This option allows you to immediately register secondary guests at check-in. The front desk staff can select this option if the guest is present at the time of arrival.

Register during the stay:
If the secondary guest is not present at check-in, the front desk team can choose to register the guest later, during the stay. This option offers greater flexibility and allows registering guests who arrive later.

Do not register: This option allows you not to register the secondary guest.
- Occupancy configuration assistant for lodging product. The goal is to create occupancies for rooms quickly with the new "Mass occupancy" function. (Until now, they had to be created one by one).
- New option in ROLE configuration to limit by role the access to create manual reservations.
- Cancellation fees added in the list and to user notifications. To receive cancellation notifications, you must subscribe to them through the role configuration.
- Added in company configuration a beneficiary field that identifies the property for payment of credit invoices as well as proformas:
- Two additional reports for tourist taxes have been added:
These new reports show the relation of produced and exempt tourist taxes by billing date:

- Improved main dashboard, expanding usage statistics information by guests to measure reach and conversion.

To activate the service, you must first configure the integration with the phone number and the token provided by Dialogfy once the service is contracted.
IMPORTANT: Both in the configuration and in the sending, you must add the number 34 before the phone number.
Next, you need to activate the different actions in which you want to use the service
For example, pre-stay is activated with an automation 2 days before the arrival date
Once configured, you will see in the types of templates related to the activation of the property configuration the option to send by mail or by dialogfy.
As with mail sending, there is a default template and the option to customize your own.
Automatic sending will be carried out during the audit process
ISTAC > For properties in Gran Canaria that need to send a monthly report to ISTAC (Canary Islands Institute of Statistics), this integration generates an XML file that includes all the necessary information. This allows you to easily download the file from the system and upload it to the ISTAC website
YACAN > Smart lock system provides an identification system for the person who wants to open it. This way, each user must correctly identify themselves for the door to open.
