PMS Ulyses Cloud

• Base Price Configuration Display in Calendar

For rates configured with the base price model, the calendar for rate availability will display the configured price for each accommodation type and occupancy:

• Improved Rule Configuration for Base Price Rates

The process for creating price rules in base price rates has been improved; it is now possible to configure different price rules for second and third companions.

• Creation of "Base Rate Daily" Rates

It is now possible to create daily "Child Rates," allowing the user to indicate a different rate for each day on which to copy the configured prices:

• Display of Group-Assigned Allotment Availability

It is now possible to view the availability of an allotment assigned to a group by simply clicking on its selector in the group and viewing the availability tab:


 

• Bulk Update Improvements

It is now possible to indicate whether services added to reservations in bulk should be charged per stay or per person (adult, junior, child, or infant):

KSK Ulyses Cloud

• Staff Mode

New functionality allowing property users to use the KSK module to check guests in and out without needing to be at a computer. 

With this mode, you can access the KSK from the tablet using a configured 4-digit PIN, allowing the user to check the day's arrivals and departures and take actions for each.

To do so, in the KSK configuration, the "Staff check in" and/or "Staff check out" settings must be enabled:

Once the setting is enabled, you can configure which actions you want to appear when selecting a stay.

Note: By default, the KSK on the tablet will function as usual. However, hotel staff can access Staff Mode by pressing the logo for a few seconds.

• Agenda Widget Information Expansion

The agenda widget display on the main dashboard has been improved, allowing you to select the event list display option by day or sorted by group:

• Display of Last BEO Generated from Agenda, Calendar, and Planning

It is now possible to view the last BEO of an event generated from the agenda widget, the event calendar, and the planning, without needing to enter the event:

• Group Reservation Filters with Rooms and/or Halls:

On the group reservation screen, it is now possible to filter the displayed groups based on whether they have room and/or event blocks.

The "block" and "event" icons are also shown for each group as appropriate:
