Ulyses Cloud PMS

• Improved filter when paying multiple transactions:

An improvement has been added to the filter when paying multiple transactions. Now you can limit the search for invoices within the specified period:


 

• New functionality to restrict the types of products that a company/agency profile can invoice:

A new parameter has been added in the "Billing Information" section of company profiles to limit by product type those that can be invoiced, for example, if we want only deposit-type product invoices to be issued to a company:



It is also possible to restrict a profile so that it cannot issue invoices:



 

• Possibility to indicate a type for group reservations:
   

• Improvement in multiple deposit requests:

A new feature has been added to allow different release dates to be set in the request for multiple deposits:

This new functionality allows three options:

    Same date for all deposits (as before)

     

  •  

    Difference of x days from the consumption date (adds X days to the consumption date of the deposit)

     

  •  

    Custom date (sets a custom date for each deposit)
    
     

     

• Viewing communications from reservation:

An improvement has been added to allow viewing communications sent to clients directly from the reservation and/or stay. 

• New communication template for sending group confirmations:
   

It is now possible to send group reservation confirmations by email or WhatsApp (via dialogfy). To do this, you need to add and customize the "Reservation Group" communication template:

The "Send Confirmation" action has been added within the Options menu, located in the upper right corner:
