What's New in Ulyses Cloud - Version 2.18.0

A summary of our latest product updates. Click on the following links for more details:

ULYSES PMS

• Invoice credit with applied deposit: Ulyses now allows credits to invoices with deposits already applied.

• Negotiated rates: it is now possible to optionally configure both the start and end dates, as well as the application of a discount.

• Activities: An 'expired' filter has been added to the display panel to facilitate the identification of expired activities.

• Room legend added in rack and planning

New payment automations for reservations

New automations for all payment gateways integrated with Ulyses Cloud:

• Automation to request a credit card.
• Automation to send a payment request depending on when the reservation incurs charges. 
• Automation to send a payment request, conditioned by the number of days remaining before the reservation's arrival

GROUPS

• It is now possible to sort the rooming list alphabetically by the guest's name in ascending and descending order.

• Additionally, the option to download the rooming list according to the following criteria has been enabled:

-Alphabetical name of the guests.

-Arrival date.

-Room number.

• It is now possible to group group service charges together with the accommodation charge, just like in individual stay reservations. This option has been added in the group services by stay options.

• Possibility to add rooming with check-in on different dates, either via ROOMBLOCK or ROOMBLOCK guests.

• Document control screen: Canceled reservation statuses have been removed, and now only reservations in the statuses "reserved", "in house" and "checked out" are shown.

A search function has also been added to search by room name and guest name.

• New City Tax configuration. Now you can decide whether the city tax applies to accommodation or to the meal plan.

Ulyses GSP

• Added the possibility to add the arrival time as a new parameter in online check-in.

• Added the possibility to add custom fields as a new parameter in online check-in.

ULYSES HSK

• Legend added in the rack of the HSK module 

• New panel view in lost and found objects.

• New panel view in maintenance incidents.

 ULYSES KSK

• New Pass-through process with payment via REDSYS POS terminal.
