 PMS Tesipro Cloud

• New commission control filters added: reservation check-in and check-out dates. 
  For more precise commission management, hotels can now use additional filters on the commission control screen. 

• Availability Calendar for Your Hotel - Identify your opening and closing seasons. 
  This feature is configured from the "Property – Availability" section:
  
  

The calendar displays an overview where you can decide which dates you want to open or close, and then save your selections.

The dates you choose to close are highlighted in red for quick and clear identification.

With this tool, calendar management is more efficient, helping to plan and organize the property's operations.

This setting directly impacts hotel availability, resulting in sales closures through the Channel Manager during the selected dates. The Booking Forecast report will reflect zero availability for those specific dates. 
 

• Cashier Posting Payment: Added posting type filter
  

  A new filter has been introduced in the “Cashier Posting Payment” report, allowing for more detailed and specific segmentation. Users now have the ability to select and filter the report by the following categories:
  
  - Invoice
  - Folio
  - Credit
  - Cash entry
  - Cash out
  
  

   

  This additional filter is also available for the following reports:
  
  - Cashier Posting Payment Group By Cashier - Grouping of payment transactions by the responsible cashier.
  - Cashier Posting Payment Group By Cashier and Payment - Detailed grouping of payments by cashier and payment type.
  - Cashier Posting Payment Group By Payment - Grouping of payment transactions by the type of payment made.
  
   

• Group deposits: Improvement on splitting deposits across different stays, now reflected in group payments. 

• Group series: When creating a group series, you will now find a new option to select the status with which you want the new series to be created. 

• Group proforma history: This new option shows how many proformas have been sent and how the quote has evolved.  
  
  
   
• Allotments: Global visualization of allotment availability has been added, allowing for a clearer and more massive view and closures

GSP - Guest Portal

• Automated online check-in confirmation: This option is designed for unattended establishments that wish to send an email to the guest with information after online registration. 

• GSP Alternative login with locator (PMS - OTA) + last name: to access GSP, access credentials are required
  
  - Reservation locator + email
  - Last name + locator
  - Arrival date + locator

KSK - Kiosk 

• More information on signature status in KSK from PMS - You can now know at which step your client is on the tablet
  
  - Cancel process
  - Force tablet update
  - View reservation

• Digitized documents: You can now have a personalized digital document, allowing the hotel to have two formats: one for paper printing and another in digital form.
