PMS Ulyses Suite

Reception

• New sales user management for incentive analysis through upselling or cross-selling. More information here. 

Reservations

• New feature to associate vehicles with the stay. More information here.

Groups

• Ability to copy already generated individual reservations when creating group reservation series. More information here.

Rates

• New pricing model "Accommodation", which allows defining a fixed nightly rate for lodging, automatically complemented with amounts based on the number and age of occupants. More information here.
• New fields to indicate which "Booking Fee" or "Eco Participation" type services should be automatically added to reservations created with a specific rate. More information here.
• From this version, it is possible to specify how many vehicles and facilities are included in a specific rate.
• Improved display format when adding, modifying, or deleting accommodation types and occupancies in rates, offers, and promotions. They will now be shown in a "checkbox" format to expand and select accommodations and occupancies. More information here.

Reports

• Improvements in scheduling pick up reports. More information here.
• New report "Service Forecast Report by Zone" that allows analyzing the forecast of services for a specific period in properties managing different zones or buildings. More information here.
• New report "Booking Forecast Pivot By ReservationGroup", which allows analyzing occupancy forecasts in a "pivot" format, meaning with a column per day, distinguishing between individual reservations and group reservations in reserved status. More information here.
• Currency selector in Product Revenue reports. More information here.

Configuration

• From this version, it is allowed to set a default status when creating new reservations.
• New feature to set formulas in service configuration.
• New field, in chain service configuration, to assign a category from the following: Booking Fee, Cancel Insurance (More informaiton here), Vehicle, Setup, or Eco participation (More information here). 
• New currency "Chilean peso".
• Ability to define whether an accommodation type corresponds to "pitch" or "location", to improve offer structuring in campgrounds and its use in channel manager integrations such as Webcamp.
• Adaptation of SMTP account configuration to allow specifying secret keys when using Gmail OAuth.
• Modification of the terms “Room” and “Floor”, being replaced by “Accommodation” and “Area”, respectively.
• Possibility to configure the calculation of the suggested amount for additional deposits based on the cancellation policy. More information here.

EMS Ulyses Suite

• New feature that allows copying selected events within the same group, complementing the current "event series" functionality. More information here.
• New report "Reservation Event Forecast By FunctionRoom" to analyze, by date, the forecast of room occupancy. More information here.
• New report "Revenue ReservationGroup By ReservationGroup", which allows analyzing the expected production of group reservations for a specific date range. More information here.
• Improvements in the group reservation confirmation template so that the event sections contain clearer and more structured information.

Marketplace 

SepteoBill Integration

SepteoBill is the new integration available in the Ulyses Suite Marketplace to configure invoice sending to the Verifactu system of the Spanish Tax Agency. Expanded information here.

Istat Integration

New integration for sending statistics to Istat in Italy.
 

Invopop Integration

Omnitec RFID Integration

Webcamp Integration

Ulyses is now integrated with Webcamp, the leading Channel Manager in the camping world.

Channel Manager Integrations

A new feature has been added to automate the overwriting of fields in reservations based on information received in the comments section of the XML sent by any of our integrated Channel Managers, as well as in our direct integration with the Witbooking booking engine. More information here.
