PMS

Reservation

• You can now create and manage reservation quotes and pre-bookings in both PMS and CRS. Users can quote directly from availability, send quotes to guests, allow confirmation or cancellation via GSP, and monitor all quotes from a dedicated view, improving conversion and commercial tracking. • The reservation creation assistant includes a new step that allows you to add services during the process. This lets you easily select services without having to go back to the Services tab of the created stay. This step is enabled by default for campsites to simplify and speed up your operations. • Deposits can now be assigned to either the main folio or an extra folio, improving deposit allocation in reservations with agency and guest payments. More information here.

• A new individual police registration form is now available for properties located in France. You can generate and print this document for each adult foreign guest, including children under 15 years of age accompanied by an adult, directly from the reservation or stay screens. • Services marked as "Supplementary service" for a given rate and with a posting quantity per age group are now automatically added or removed when the stay's composition is modified.

Planning

• The planning now allows access to more actions related to stays, without having to go through the stay details page (daily assign ; change situation ; chat with guest ; move to other property).
• You can now initiate the creation of multi-night stays from the planning by visually selecting a stay period. Read our updated article again.
• It is now possible to directly exchange 2 stays between their accommodations from the planning, via the "Change accommodation" option. More information here.

Meter

• You can now accurately bill consumption (water, electricity, gas, etc.) thanks to meter management. This enhancement allows you to configure meters, track readings, import readings in bulk, and automatically generate billing lines in spreadsheets and invoices, with or without stays.
  Complete traceability of readings and automatic consumption calculation guarantee reliable billing that complies with your property's rules. More information here.

Billing

• New option that allows you to modify the payment method of invoices issued on the same day. This replaces the invoice reopening feature, which will now only be available in specific destinations. More information here.

Rates

• The Accommodation rate model now supports Excel export and import of prices and restrictions.
   

Availability

• The availability display function can show availabilities that can be booked only without changing accommodations. More information here.

Service

• When adding a service to a stay or folio, an alert now informs you if the quantity entered exceeds the available stock for the specified date. This improvement enhances the consistency of stock management and reduces the risk of overselling, while remaining non-blocking. More information here.

Customer

• It is now possible to create a customer without entering a document number, thanks to the removal of the mandatory nature of this field in the Chain preferences.

Settings

• A new right allows you to control price changes for stays based on user roles. You can grant or deny access to pricing fields while retaining the ability to edit other reservation information. This function enhances the security of your pricing policy based on user profiles. More information here.
• Cancellation policies now allow you to define suggested additional deposits, ensuring better control of partial payments and preventing balance inconsistencies. More information here.
• New option to define a specific order to be used for the automatic assignment of accommodations. More information here.
• You can now automatically set the expiration date for stays (based on the creation of the stay or the arrival date). This improvement makes it easier to track "optional stays" and secures their management. More information here.
• You can now automate the processing on reservations once their expiration date has passed. During the End of Day process, Ulyses can automatically cancel the stay, modify its status or modify its reservation type, according to your settings.
  This improvement allows you to free up availability in a timely manner, reduce oversights, and minimize lost revenue. More information here.
• Services calculated in Formula - Percentage and with a quantity posting "By ReservationRoomStay" (e.g., cancellation insurance) can now be based on the amount of the full stay duration, and no longer solely on the posting frequency chosen (arrival, departure, ponctual...).
• You can now associate multiple fee products, allowing them to be calculated and posted together in destinations where more than one fee applies. More information here.
• New product fee calculation rules based on reserved occupancy and accommodation type. More information here.
• Define application and exclusion conditions for the use of communication templates. The system will automatically suggest the appropriate template based on criteria such as segment or booking source, also for automatic sends (respecting their configured exclusions). More information here.

Reports

• New report "Product Fee By Production Date".Specifically designed for the French market.
  The report links staying guests (taxable and exempt) with tourist taxes generated by production date, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with French authorities’ requirements.
• Two new reports are now available to analyze postings by production date, including a detailed breakdown of net amount, tax amount, and gross amount for each tax type: “PostingProductGroupPivotTax” grouped by product group and “PostingProductSubGroupPivotTax” grouped by product sub-group.
• “INSEE data report”, is now available to provide a detailed view of arrivals and overnight stays by nationality and per person, in line with French legal requirements.
• New price model types in report display: Gross After Tax, Net After Tax, and Mix After Tax

Others

EMS

• Bulk update events has been improved by enabling mass status updates, eliminating the need to update events one by one.
• Improved control when updating dates in group reservations with events. You can select which events should be updated after change dates, even in PMS, preventing unintended changes.
• Events have been added to the group proformas by stay.
• When hovering over a pre-assigned space in the planning, an information popup with key event details is now displayed
• New report "EventAuditGroupByAuditType" to review event changes within a selected period, supporting event activity and sales analysis.

Webcamp Channel manager

• If your Ulyses system is connected to Webcamp, your customers can easily log in to the “My booking” area to view their stay, see the amounts due, and pay their outstanding balance independently. They can access this area via a link automatically included in your emails. This applies to reservations made online or created directly in Ulyses. Any action performed in Ulyses (such as recording a payment or modifying the stay) immediately updates the amounts visible online to the customer. More information here.
• Ulyses now allows you to associate a standardized type (credit card, check, bank transfer, etc.) with each payment method to guarantee appropriate display in the online booking process, particularly for deferred payments and electronic payments More information here.
• Reservations from Webcamp that include multiple accommodations for the same period are now grouped into a single Ulyses reservation. All stays, information, and payments are correctly distributed, ensuring an accurate reading of the reservation and preventing inconsistencies for your team. More information here.
• You can specify the cancellation insurance conditions via a public URL link. These links can be defined by language. With Webcamp, they will be displayed to the customer during the booking process. More information here.

INSEE

• For campsite properties in France: You can now configure and automatically submit your monthly occupancy declarations to INSEE directly from Ulyses. You generate a compliant XML file (manually or automatically before the 5th of the month), track the history and status of submissions, and are compliant with your French regulatory obligations. eSeason Digital Marketing

• The integration with the eSeason Digital Marketing platform is now available on the Ulyses Marketplace. This allows you to easily transmit necessary data to your insurance partners connected to eSeason Digital Marketing.
