ULYSES PMS

• Discover the new visual for selecting your columns in the Booking Forecast. Now you can easily and quickly choose the analysis KPIs that interest you most and help you in your daily work.

• Improvements in the registration of cash in and cash out. This way, each transaction is recorded, improving cash flow control: 
   

- Also, if an establishment works with multiple currencies, this will be reflected in the cash movement:

• Get to know the new cashier shift reports :

• The following reports have been updated so you has registered a transaction (commerce):

• OneCurrency in Ulyses Cloud. The Multicurrency feature allows you to accept cash transactions in another currency.

• Tools have been added to help with the easy use of ARTransaction in Ulyses Cloud. This way, you can make credit payments quickly and in a controlled manner. 
  
  

• Charge Automation: You can now schedule charges on a product folio, just choose the time, amount, and product you want"
  For example: If you collaborate with organizations like UNICEF, you could schedule a €1 charge on the customer's folio to recommend supporting this cause, but you can also mark in an individual or group reservation that this rule does not apply.

• Information has been added to the charged transactions screen: payment date and payment type 
  
  

• Significant improvements have been implemented in the manual entry of charges to optimize statistical quality. If the information is not completed manually, the system will automatically take the data from the reservation.

• Discover the new column configuration in reports. Although it is not yet available in all reports, it will be gradually implemented in all of them. Customize your report viewing experience according to your needs and enjoy a view more tailored to your preferences.

Do you know our booking engine?

You can now define if your property will accept juniors, children, and infants. Only a brief configuration is needed. You can also choose default values. 

 

INTEGRATIONS 

• ICAL : Work with calendar channels (ical connection). Allows availability updates. Synchronizes 2 years.

• BillZone: is an electronic invoicing provider that allows us to connect with NAV (Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration) by reporting invoiced amounts in the establishment in real time. 

• Fideltour: Adaptation of the integration allowing implementation via email instead of ID card, as was done previously.  

• Siteminder : 
  - Improvement for capturing loyalty systems 
  
  
  
  - Commission override, Activate this option to always get the commission from the company profile.
  
  

• Sofyman Systemas (POS): POS software for retail and hospitality in Android version.

• PKF-ATTEST Business Central 21: Hotel Management Integration Process with Business Central 21 with integrated entities of Clients, Deposits, Sales Invoices/Credit Notes, and Collections/Payments.
