Day Use Reservations
Day Use reservations are those reservations in which the check-out date is the same as the check-in date.
In the Space Rack these reservations trigger the following
- On the thumbnail of the assigned space, the icon
appears, indicating that it is a day use type (see screenshot below) - In the space details, a new tab appears showing each of the reservations assigned throughout the day (see screenshot below)

- You can assign as many day use reservations to a room as you wish
In Occupancy Query
- The number of reservations, people, and VIPs attributed to day use reservations is included. Remember that these elements do not appear automatically; you will need to select them to make them appear
Non-physical Rooms
From this version onwards, rooms marked as NON-physical no longer affect KPIs such as ADR, RevPar, Occupancy, etc. To indicate that a room is NOT physical and therefore should not be considered in the above KPIs, go to:
- Chain configuration > Typologies
- From the typology file, uncheck the following tick
Subsequently, from the occupancy query, you will have the option to obtain KPIs based on physical and non-physical rooms, as shown below
Custom Fields in Clients and Reservations
- We can add custom fields in individual clients that will appear to be filled in both during the check-in process and in guest management within the reservation
- Additionally, custom fields can be created in the reservation
Credits
- Option to not allow the user to cancel invoice payments that were closed to credit if the property date is later than the payment date
Reports
- Intermediary Reports: allow measuring the revenue generated by a company/agency acting as an intermediary in the reservation in some way (whether as booker, Bill to, Central, or Company/Implant)

Groups
- Ability to configure different meal plans for each day in the Roomblock. More information here

Other Developments
- From an individual or group reservation, when adding a charge that has a template configured, a new “Additional” tab will appear where you can indicate extra information about the service you have just selected. More info about available templates here
- When applying cancellation fees to a reservation, taxes are not included (especially tourist taxes)
- Ability to customize the subject of pre-stay, post-stay, and invoice sending emails through the Subject section in email customization
- Ability to prevent changing the name of a product in a folio under the option
- Chain configuration > Products > Allowed Actions section
Guest Services Portal
- Custom individual client fields are added in the check-in process
- The ability to pay for the reservation in advance is added through the Client Portal, provided there is integration with a payment gateway.
Central Reservation System
- New reports grouped by property for Booking Forecast
- New reports grouped by property for Outstanding Credits Management
- In Management Report > PosGlobal, the ability to break down information by property has been added
- In Management Report > Forecast, the ability to break down information by property has been added
Marketplace & Public API
Public API
- Information on Custom Fields is added to Company and Client endpoints
- Summary ticket information is added to the invoice list endpoint
Accounting Integrations
- Accounting integration with Navision GSA is added
- Accounting integration with Prinex is added
