Reservations
- An After Checkin email has been added to automatically welcome our clients once they have completed check-in at our property.
- A Before Checkout email has been added to invite clients to complete online Checkout through the Client Portal.
- It is now possible to create a reservation from the Reservation Planning by assigning a room.
Guest Services Portal
- At the administrative level, we have decided to remove Ulyses GSP from the integrations panel and have incorporated it as another product in Ulyses Cloud.
We have added the possibility to complete online Check-in from the Client Portal.
- Starting from this version, the client will receive a notification the day before their departure inviting them to complete the reservation payment online.
- It is also possible to select minibar products (or any service that has items) during the checkout process.
Marketplace & Public API
Channel Manager API
A communication API has been developed to allow Channel Managers to easily connect with Ulyses Cloud, through which
- Ulyses Cloud asks the Channel Manager about reservations pending download
- Ulyses Cloud sends price and restriction changes
