Payment Hub

This new version launches with a product that is operational and will allow us to carry out online payment operations. In summary, this is what it includes:

• Activate Paynopain payment gateway
• Add customer and company cards, as well as for reservations and groups
• Request credit card as guarantee
• Request double card authentication
• Request payments from customers via deposits
• Add payments via payment gateway
• Process refunds
• Track collection and refund operations

Property Management System

Front Desk

• We have expanded the existing widgets with Activities and Traces Widgets.
• In the cash register configuration, you can now mark which payment method is cash, for cases where there are several types of cash. Reservations 

• Traces: Traces are tasks that can be indicated in the reservation and will later notify us through notifications during the check-in, check-out, or room assignment processes. For more information about traces, we recommend clicking here.
• Bulk reservation editing: The possibility to modify guest names and add traces has been added.
• Possibility to add attachments in Pre/Post stay communications.

Groups

• The "Room block wash" functionality has been incorporated to match the rooms in the room block with those picked up. More info here

Sales

• Base price per accommodation: A new pricing model has been introduced that allows entering a base price for each accommodation, to which supplements can later be added. More info here
• The way can be carried out has been improved through various views. More information here

Others

• In order to facilitate the general configuration of the chain and property, Ulyses Cloud now indicates the differences in the configuration of Products, Rates, Offers, and Promotions between the chain and property configurations.

Reports

• Reports are no longer auto-loaded upon entry; now you must first select the parameters and click Load report
• Pickup report now includes the Pickedup column
