Front Desk

• Reservation comments have been added, both when assigning the room and in the Widgets through the icon

• We have applied improvements to room assignment with the aim of minimizing time
• The reason for blocking a space has been added when clicking on it from the Planning or the Rack

Reservations 

• When creating a new folio, Ulyses will provide different suggestions to facilitate the assignment of their data. More details here
• Now, from the billing screen of a room, we can identify its related folios. The group master folio or reservation master folio are the related folios.

• When checking out a room, Ulyses shows if there are any group or reservation folios pending payment.

• We have added the ADR column, the status, and the situation of the reservations in the Daily Reservations Widget as well as in the reservation list

• Now, when adding an extra service to a reservation, we can indicate the following
  • The type of charge we want to make (per Reservation or per Person)
  • If we want to automatically group it with the accommodation, avoiding having to generate charge groups in the folio.

• We have also designed a "day" reservation management screen that we present below

• Ability to mark the Rate field as mandatory in the reservation from
  • Property Settings > Property > Preferences > Default reservation parameters

Groups

• It is now possible to create a group without accommodation, add extra services, and bill the associated charges simply through Automatic Charges 
• We have added the Preferences tab in group reservations. The preferences added here will be assigned to all individual reservations generated later
• Likewise, we can add or remove Preferences through the Bulk Update

Sales

• In this version, Ulyses Cloud allows you to design packages and easily distribute them through our Channel Manager. More information about packages here.
• Configuration parameters have been added to Rates, Offers, and Promotions, specifically Internal use only and Is combinable? More info here
• Now Ulyses notifies us if a security price is applied in the availability query

Billing

• We have made improvements in the management of credit invoice payments!

Reports

• We have incorporated service lists by room. These are reports that let us know which services our clients have contracted in their reservations (breakfasts, parking, and everything you need to know). Specifically, we have added:  
  • Service list
  • Service list by date
  • Service list by room
  • Service list by product
  • Service list by group reservation

• The Deposit Ledger has been added to the Management report. More info here

It is now possible to view the management report and other production reports such as gross, net, or mixed. More information hereWe have added the possibility to filter the production report, both in the management and the usual report, by product group and also to count the services that produce in accommodation.

Utilities

• Possibility to configure a security parameter that prevents running the Night Audit before 12pm for the number of hours specified from
  • Property Settings > Preferences > Night Audit
• To prevent anyone from connecting to Ulyses Cloud from any location, we have incorporated the possibility to configure specific IPs that can access the platform. More information about security rules here.
