Reservations

• The Additional Information section has been added. This section now includes the following information:
  • VIP level of the stay
  • Credit limit of the stay. The credit limit restricts the amount (in €€€) of extra services that guests staying in this room can consume. The following icons will be displayed:
    • If a specific limit is set, the following icon will appear
    • If it has been indicated that this reservation cannot consume extra services

• A new Filtered Reservations Widget has been added. With this widget, you can view a list of reservations on the Dashboard using one of the quick filters provided by Ulyses Cloud or a custom filter created by the user.

Finance

• Refund or credit of credit payments: It is now possible to refund credit invoice payments directly from the list of credit transactions or from the credit payment management. Click here for more information about this operation.
• Ability to limit credit to specific properties. Now, from the credit accounts management, you can specify which property(ies) have access to close invoices on credit for a specific company. In other words, company XYZ can have a credit account at a global level (for the entire chain) or only for a selection of properties within the chain. More info here

Utilities

• Informative notes: It is now possible to perform different actions directly on the informative notes calendar. This way, you can create new notes, assign existing ones, or delete notes within a selected date range. Learn now how to perform actions on the calendar.

Reports

• Monthly Pickup Report by Segment
• Invoice Report shows the breakdown for each VAT
• Management Report: Ulyses Cloud includes an advanced management report, downloadable in Excel format, to ensure you don't lose the most important information. Directors, more info here!!

In Ulyses CRS we have added the following options

• Centralized invoice management
• Centralized credit management
• Centralized commission management

Additionally, we have added a first set of consolidated reports in the Reports section, which include
