Reservations

• Configuration of mandatory parameters in reservations: For more information click here
• VIP Level: VIP level has been added to each stay. Specifically, the VIP level of a stay corresponds to the level of the guests in the stay

• Guests in the reservation: The following options have been added: 
  • Accept marketing and advertising
  • Accept data transfer with third parties

Reception

• Police file download: In Night Audit, the option to download the police file has been added as an additional step

• Folio protection: The option to protect folios so that they cannot be deleted has been enabled
• Group check-in: It is now possible to complete the check-in of a group without registering each guest individually. For more information click here
• Improvements in data accessibility: When customer data has been sent through an online check-in service (Ulyses GSP or third parties) from the reservations grid and the Daily Reservations Widget, the following icon will be displayed

• VIPs in Occupancy Inquiry: Rows for VIPs have been added in the occupancy inquiry

Sales

• Items in services: The ability to configure items and their corresponding prices from the Services menu has been added

Finance

• Budget design by segmentation: It is now possible to design the budget for each available segment. For more information on how you can design, click here

• Email address update when sending an invoice by email: Ulyses Cloud now evaluates which possible email addresses the invoice can be sent to; specifically, you can choose between the Holder/Guest/Company or enter an address manually. If you select a recipient and there is no information (or it is incorrect), you can overwrite the existing email address as long as the Save suggested email option is checked

• Commission management: It is now possible to determine the commissions generated in different reservations. For more information about all the possibilities with commissions click here

Utilities

• User actions: It is now possible to perform the following actions on users from Property Settings>Property>Users tab so that the responsibility does not fall on chain management. The actions that can be performed are
  • Reset Password
  • Unlock users
  • Delete

    • Improvements in room and cashier grids: To facilitate the configuration of rooms and cashiers, from the main grid you can select the features of each and which users have access to each

      • Comparative segmentation reports with budget (segmentBudget and segmentBudgetYTD)
      • Early departure reports (earlyDeparture) and their variants
      • Net forecast (Booking forecast)
