When we activate reservation download with Siteminder, we will start receiving reservations and possibly errors in the downloads. To ensure that the downloaded reservations match the reservation sent by the channel manager (that they have the same price, rate, contracted services, etc.), we must try to keep the alert badge at 0.
NOTICE
Clicking on Solve does not automatically resolve the issue but rather indicates that it has already been resolved. Ulyses PMS cannot resolve the issue automatically since the reservation cannot be downloaded again. To resolve, we have:
- Complete pending mappings/errors
- Mark the alert as resolved
error 1 : Rate Code XXX not mapping, set default Rate
This error tells us that the rate with code XXX has not been mapped. As a result, the system has set the default rate value instead of the "XXX" rate. To resolve this, we just need to go to "Integration," click on "Mappings," and map the "XXX" rate.
Error 2 : Profile Code XXX not found
This error tells us that the profile "XXX" has not been mapped either. As a result, the system has set the default profile value instead of "XXX." To resolve this, we just need to go to "Integration," click on "Mappings," and map the "XXX" profile.
Error 3 : Service Code XXX not mapping
This error tells us that the service "XXX" has not been mapped either. As a result, the system has set the default service value in the reservation instead of the "XXX" service. To resolve this, we just need to go to "Integration," click on "Mappings," and map the "XXX" service.
Error 4 : Room Code XXX not found
This error tells us that the room "XXX" has not been mapped either. As a result, the system has set the default room value in the reservation instead of the "XXX" room. To resolve this, we just need to go to "Integration," click on "Mappings," and map the "XXX" room.
