It is common for bookings to come with added services. For example, a double room booking might come with a transfer. To ensure services are downloaded correctly, we need to map the services we have created in the channel manager.
To map services, go to
- Siteminder Integration > Mappings tab > Services filter > click on New service mapping
Next, you will be asked to match the product (service) that is created in the channel and in Ulyses PMS. To do this, enter its code and name in the channel and link it with the product in Ulyses PMS, as shown below
Once the information has been entered, the corresponding relationship will have been created and you can expect that all bookings sent by the channel with a service with code TRF will automatically create the service in Ulyses Suite.
