Companies must always be mapped correctly so that the company/agency indicated in the bookings downloaded from our Channel Manager is linked to the corresponding company in Ulyses Suite.
Again, remember to assign a default value so that bookings can be downloaded.
To map companies, we need to go to
- Siteminder Integration > Mappings tab > check Companies filter
- Next, fill out the following form
- Company: Indicates the company/agency in Ulyses Suite that we want to link to the Siteminder online agency
- Allow automatic deposits: Indicates whether we want to automatically create deposits in Ulyses Suite bookings when receiving prepaid reservations. If yes,
- Invoice type: Indicates the type of invoice/receipt we want to generate when creating the deposit
- Payment method: Indicates the payment method for the deposit.
- Deposit type: Indicates the type of deposit we want to generate (with taxes or without taxes)
- The final result will look something like the following
