Every time we complete a mapping between Ulyses PMS and the Channel Manager, information will be processed and sent to the Channel Manager. Changes in the information will be triggered in the following cases:
- if there is a change in prices, restrictions, or inventory in the rate in Ulyses Suite
- if there is a change in prices, restrictions, or inventory in the offer in Ulyses Suite
- if there is a change in prices, restrictions, or inventory in the promotion in Ulyses Suite
- if we add/remove an occupancy in a room type for the rate, offer, or promotion
With this in mind, we can check the list of changes that are being processed from
- Siteminder Integration > Queue tab
- Or by clicking the
icon on one of the mappings as shown below
After clicking the corresponding icon, we can interpret which value has been sent and the status of the sending easily through this screen
- Top filter: Depending on the selection (Inventory, Restriction, or Price), the table below will display different columns
- Date: We will indicate the date for which we want to see what Ulyses Suite has sent to Siteminder
- Status: Indicates the status of the sending. It can be:
- Pending: Indicates that the information is pending to be processed by Siteminder
- Success: Indicates that the information sent by Ulyses Suite has been successfully processed by Siteminder
- Error: Indicates that the information sent by Ulyses Suite has not been successfully processed by Siteminder for some reason
