This display mode in Rack and Planning allows us to view additional information for each room, such as

• Management of room presence indicator
• Management of room modes 

• Improvements in Night Audit

The night audit process marks as canceled all reservations that have not checked in and also have a status.

Additionally, an extra step has been added to the night audit that will inform us about pending folios in reservations that check out today.

• Bulk posting of products to rooms

Through the Bulk Posting option in Folios, we can post charges to rooms without having to access their billing account

• Bulk changes in family reservations

One of the difficulties when working with family reservations is applying changes to the different stays that compose them. From this version, we can choose whether we want to make a change in the general reservation details, or if we want to add or remove services in all of them, without having to add them individually

• Series in group reservations

It is now possible to generate a series from a group reservation to avoid having to recreate the entire reservation from scratch through Options > Group Series

• Adaptation of fiscal documents

Now the fiscal documents attributable to an invoice match the national model

Billing

• Permission management for actions on invoice types

From this version, we can select which actions can be performed with a specific type of invoice

• Management of mandatory fields and validations in invoice types

We can now indicate which information must be completed and which validations a folio must pass in order to be closed and have its corresponding invoice created

Reporting

• Daily segmentation report
• Sales forecast by type
