Ulyses Cloud allows you to cancel individual stays within a reservation or cancel all stays in a reservation at once. To do so, follow
Cancel reservation stay
To cancel a stay within a reservation, click on
- Reservations > Reservation record > Select stay > Options > Click on Cancel stay
You will see a blue bar on the right indicating which stay you are taking actions on
Once canceled, Ulyses Cloud will assess whether the cancellation has an associated cost or not, and if so, will prompt the user to either apply or discard the charge.
When applying the cancellation charge, Ulyses Cloud will ask you to indicate whether you wish to send to the corresponding folio
- The cancellation of each charge individually
- Combine all cancellation charges into one charge
Cancel reservation
Canceling a reservation means canceling all stays in the reservation. To do so, go to
- Reservations > Reservation record > Options > Cancel reservation
Undo stay cancellation
Ulyses Cloud allows you to undo the cancellation process of a reservation. This process sets the status of a reservation back to RESERVED.
To undo the cancellation of a stay
- Reservations > Reservation record > Select stay > Options >click on Undo cancellation

If a reservation with all its stays has been canceled by mistake and you need to undo the cancellation and mark all stays as RESERVED, you can undo it by
- Reservations > Reservation record > Options > Click on Undo cancellation
