One of the strengths of Ulyses Suite lies in managing reservation information on a daily basis. A multi-night reservation can thus include different conditions for each night, such as the meal plan or the daily rate, while remaining easy to manage.
Access Daily Details of a Reservation
Daily details are accessible from the reservation record.
Access path:
Reservation Record > Options > Daily Details
This action opens a screen listing, day by day, the editable parameters of the reservation.
Modify a Daily Value
From the daily details, you can search for the parameter to modify.
For example, you can adjust the meal plan so that the last night is set to Room Only instead of Bed and Breakfast.
You can change
The modification applies only to the selected date, without affecting the other nights of the stay.
Direct Modification from the Reservation Detail
Some daily values can also be modified directly from the reservation detail, without going through the daily details screen.
Simply click on the dedicated icon next to the relevant value, for example for the daily rate or occupancy (adult, junior, etc.).
This action allows for a quick and targeted adjustment on a specific date.
