Ulyses Suite allows you to assign and pre-assign physical accommodations to arrivals.
The assignment mechanism is the same regardless of the entry point, but it can be triggered from several screens depending on the operational context.
The main access points are:
- Assigning an accommodation from the check-in process
- Assigning an accommodation from the booking schedule
- Assigning an accommodation from the dashboard
- Automatic pre-assignment
Assigning an Accommodation from the Check-In Process
Accommodation assignment can be done directly during check-in.

This approach is particularly suited for arrivals handled in real time at the front desk.
Assigning an Accommodation from the Booking Schedule
Assignment can also be performed from the schedule.
Access path:
Reception Menu > Booking Schedule
From this screen:
click on the badge indicating arrivals awaiting assignment
or on the Pending Assignment action
The schedule then displays only unassigned arrivals.
Select an arrival.
Ulyses Suite automatically suggests the best combinations of available accommodations.
Depending on the property configuration, it is possible to assign an accommodation upgraded from the one initially booked.
Finally, click on the desired accommodation to finalize the assignment.
Assigning an Accommodation from the Dashboard
It is also possible to assign an accommodation from the dashboard via the dedicated widget.
Access path:
Dashboard > Daily Bookings > Add Accommodation
Then select a clean and available accommodation to finalize the assignment.
This method is ideal for quick management of same-day arrivals.
Automatic Pre-Assignment of Accommodations
Ulyses Suite allows you to assign or pre-assign multiple arrivals automatically in a single action using the Assign Multiple option.
This option is accessible from:
Dashboard > Daily Bookings Widget
Booking Schedule > Pending Assignment
In both cases, Ulyses Suite analyzes availability and automatically applies the best possible assignments according to configuration rules.
Assignment within a Dedicated Allotment
In properties practicing subletting with allotments of the Per accommodation unit type, the assignment window incorporates specific logic: accommodations dedicated to the stay's allotment are highlighted, an alert appears if an assignment is outside the scope, and the Allotment and Booker fields of the stay are automatically filled during the assignment.
