Ulyses Cloud allows you to send a default or previously designed pre/post-stay email depending on the stage of the reservation (before check-in or after check-out).

Manual sending of pre-stay email
To do this, go to:
- Stay options > Send pre-stay for stays marked as reserved
If after sending the confirmation emails you have doubts about whether the email was sent or not, go to the following option where you will have access to the email log sent by Ulyses Cloud
- Property settings > Email Queue
Sending post-stay email
To do this, go to:
- Stay options > Send post-stay for stays marked as checkedout
