Ulyses Suite allows you to easily add or remove participants within a reservation.
The accommodation capacity is defined by the stay occupancy, which specifies the number of participants allowed per category.
The participant categories are as follows:
number of adults
number of juniors
number of children
number of babies
This information determines the stay occupancy and the necessary equipment.
Changing the Number of Participants
To add or remove participants, simply modify the stay occupancy by adjusting the quantities corresponding to each category.
For example, to add or remove a participant:
increase or decrease the number of adults, juniors, children, or infants as appropriate
The change is made directly from the stay and is immediately applied.

Automatic Management of Extra Beds and Baby Beds
When the entered occupancy exceeds the standard maximum occupancy of the accommodation, Ulyses Suite automatically manages the addition of necessary equipment, such as extra beds or baby beds, based on the accommodation’s configuration.
Example of Operation
Suppose an accommodation configured with:
a maximum occupancy of 2 people
a standard occupancy of 1/0/0/0
The following cases apply:
2/0/0/0 (2 adults)
No extra bed or baby bed is added3/0/0/0 (3 adults)
An extra bed is automatically required2/0/0/1 (2 adults and 1 infant)
A baby bed is automatically required3/0/0/1 (3 adults and 1 infant)
An extra bed and a baby bed are required
These adjustments ensure consistency between the stay occupancy and the provided equipment.
