Ulyses Cloud allows you to easily add or remove guests from a reservation. The number of guests you can add to a room is defined by the occupancy of the reservation, specifically determined by the
- Number of Adults
- Number of Juniors
- Number of Children
- Number of Infants
Therefore, if we want to add or remove guests, we will need to
- Increase or decrease the number of Adults
Please note that if the occupancy set in the stay exceeds the maximum occupancy of the accommodation, Ulyses Cloud will automatically assign extra beds and cribs.
For example, if the single room accepts a maximum occupancy of 2 people and according to its configuration accepts an occupancy of (1/0/0/0) then
- If we receive a reservation 2/0/0/0 (2 adults) then no extra beds or cribs will be added
- If we receive a reservation 3/0/0/0 (3 adults) then 1 extra bed will be needed
- If we receive a reservation 2/0/0/1 (2 adults and 1 infant) then a crib will be needed
- If we receive a reservation 3/0/0/1 (3 adults and 1 infant) then an extra bed and a crib will need to be set up
