In Ulyses Cloud, you can access the "Accounts recerivable" section to manage all the credit accounts created in your system.
Invoices > Accounts receivable
From this tab, you can see a summary of all existing receivable accounts, as well as the details associated with each one.
Additionally, you will have the possibility to perform various actions, such as:
Make changes to account receivable
View transactions and payments
View clients or companies assigned to account receivable
Create new receivable accounts
We have two options to create new receivable accounts.
1. By enabling receivable accounts from the profile of a client or a company.

2. From the credit accounts tab.
Invoices > Accounts receivable > New account receivable
The account receivable would now be created and ready for you to assign companies or clients to it.
Make changes to receivable accounts
If you need to modify the details of an existing account receivable, you can make the necessary changes from this tab. This includes adjusting credit limits, updating contact information, or other relevant data.
View transactions and payments
Ulyses Suite will provide you with a complete history of all transactions made on each account receivable. This will allow you to keep a detailed record of financial movements and payments made in relation to each credit account.
Transactions can be filtered by status (review, open, paid) and by invoice series, number, or date.
View clients or companies assigned to receivable accounts
From the "Clients" tab in Ulyses Cloud, you can view all clients or companies associated with a specific account receivable. When accessing this tab, you will find a list of clients or companies registered in your system, and you can identify those who have a account receivable assigned.
