Ulyses Cloud allows you to refund credit collections. This operation is useful in case credits have been marked as paid by mistake. We can refund credits in the following ways
Refund transactions
To refund collections in bulk, go to
- Billing Menu > Transactions > select the "Credits" view mode
- Select the Paid filter > Select all the transactions you wish to refund
- Finally, click on Refund as shown below
Afterwards, you will be able to find these transactions again as Open
Refund credit payments
If you want to refund a collection that "cleared" several credit transactions, you can do so through
- Billing menu > Payment history
- Click on the payment options > Click on Refund
