Once you have enabled company credit in Ulyses Cloud, you will be able to close folios on credit, which will generate invoices. Later, during the night audit process, all those invoices will be sent to the corresponding credit account.
To view outstanding invoices, you must follow these steps:
- Go to the billing menu in Ulyses Cloud.
- Select the "Transactions" option.
Invoices > Transactions
From this tab, you can also change the status of the invoices, whether to review, paid, or open. In addition, you also have the option to change the accounting account associated with each invoice.
To do this, simply select the invoice to change, and the new status.
