From the Group Forecast feature in Ulyses Suite, you will have the ability to view all groups created in the system on the calendar, as well as the rooms that have been reserved, those that are expected, and those that have been canceled.
The system will allow you to filter the information by the number of rooms blocked by groups, rooms from those groups that are reserved, and available rooms from that block.

Each category will be divided into the following subcategories:
- Reserved: in case there are confirmed group reservations. (Confirmed group status)
- Prospect: Potential groups that are being evaluated or are in the negotiation process. (Possibility group status)
- Hold: Groups with a provisional reservation or waiting for confirmation. (On hold group status)
- Tentative Offer: Groups that have received a preliminary offer. (Tentative offer group status)
- Tentative Contract Groups that have received a preliminary contract. (Tentative contract group status)
- Deposit Pending: Groups that have received an offer and are waiting for the contract deposit. (Deposit pending group status)
- Rejected: Groups that have been rejected and will not take place. (Rejected group status)
These divisions will help you organize and have better visibility of the different statuses and stages of groups and rooms in the Group Forecast.
