Ulyses Suite allows you to save custom filters that have been applied to reservations (among others) in order to avoid having to apply them each time you access the corresponding screen.
To do this, once a custom search has been applied
If we want to save the filter, we will click on Save as next
From the save dialog, we will enter the following information
- Code: Indicates the internal filter code.
- Name: Indicates the filter name
- Start date: Indicates the initial relative date for which we want to configure the filter
- End date: Indicates the initial relative date for which we want to configure the filter
- Days offset: Adds or subtracts days to the start/end date in the filter configuration.
For example, if we want to see arrivals for the next 7 days, we will do
- Name: Arrivals 7D
- Start date: today
- End date: today
- Days offset (end): +7
Finally, we will be able to easily access custom filters as they are located alongside the quick filters
