Ulyses Suite has a section in the reception area dedicated to storing identity documents.
This feature is especially useful for groups. It allows you to scan all the documents, and when checking in group guests, the system will automatically recognize the information stored in this section, identify the guest, and fill in the necessary data. It’s as if the guest’s information is already saved in the system.
To add a new identity document, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Reception section.
- Click on "Identity Document".
- Select the "New Identity Document" option.
- Scan the document.
- Save.
Reception > Identity Document > New Identity Document
With this functionality, Ulyses Suite simplifies the guest registration process and streamlines the collection of relevant information.
