To do this:
Reservation > Wake-up calls > New wake-up call
Choose where you want to apply the wake-up call. The wake-up call service can be scheduled by reservation, by stay, or for a group.
Next, a window will appear where you can configure all the details of the wake-up call and when it will be applied:
- Day: to schedule the wake-up call for a single day during the guest's stay at the hotel.
- Stay: to schedule the wake-up call to ring every day of the guest's stay at the hotel.
- Specific dates: to choose a period of dates during which you want the wake-up call to ring during the guest's stay at the hotel.
The wake-up call will now be created:
Set up a wake-up call from the planning
To set up a wake-up call from the planning, go to:
Reception > Reservation planning > Choose the reservation where you want to apply the wake-up call and select the 3 dots that appear on the right > Create wake-up call > follow the same steps as in the previous point and configure all the details of the wake-up call.
Set up a wake-up call from a reservation
To set up a wake-up call from a reservation, go to:
Reservations > Reservations > Select reservation > Wake-up call > New wake-up call
Choose whether you want to apply the wake-up call to the entire reservation or to specific stays (in case there is more than one room) and follow the steps described above to configure the wake-up call details.
Add the Wake-up Calls Widget to the Secondary Main Page
You also have the option of adding the wake-up calls widget to an additional main screen of the PMS for easier viewing:
To do this:
- Open the additional screen you have created with your preferences (the default main screen in the PMS cannot be modified).
- Select "ADD WIDGET".
- Search for the "Daily wake-up calls" widget.
- Place the widget in the location you want.
From this widget displayed on the screen, you will be able to see which wake-up calls are upcoming and active. Best of all, once you have completed one of them, you can indicate in the program that it has been done, and it will automatically stop appearing on the screen (mark as completed).
