Ulyses Cloud allows you to assign and preassign physical rooms to our arrivals. Although the assignment process is always the same, it can be accessed from different places, specifically
- Assign room from the check-in process
- Assign room from reservation planning
- Assign room from dashboard
- Automatic preassignment
Assign room from the check-in process
To assign a room from the check-in process, we recommend reviewing step 3 of the check-in process
Assign room from reservation planning
To do this, go to
- Menu Reception>Reservation Planning
- Click on the badge that shows arrivals pending assignment or on Assign pending
In this situation, the Reservation Planning shows the arrivals pending assignment
Next, select an arrival and Ulyses Cloud will give you the best combinations in which you can assign the room. Depending on the initial configuration, you may allow assignment to rooms superior to the one booked.
Finally, click on the space where you want to assign
Assign room from the dashboard
You can assign a room from the dashboard through the Daily Reservations widget, as follows
- Dashboard>Daily Reservations>click on Add room
- Select a clean and available room
Automatic preassignment
Ulyses Cloud allows you to assign and preassign arrivals automatically through the Assign multiple option, which can be found in
- Dashboard>Daily Reservations Widget
- Reservation Planning>Assign pending
