A new field has been added that can be filled in when adding services to a reservation, group reservation, event, or folio, allowing you to list the services sold by the establishment's staff, so that possible incentives for up selling or cross selling can be analyzed.
This new field is called "Sales User":
*If the sales user is specified when adding a service to a reservation, it cannot be modified when the charge is generated in the folio. However, if the sales user is indicated when manually adding a charge to a folio, it can be modified later, and every change will always be recorded in the action history.
Report "PostingByProductionDateGroupByVendorUser"
A new report has been added to list charges filtered by production date, grouped by sales user.
Query via API
Sales user information has been added to the charges endpoint, so it can be processed through integration.
