Activity action types describe the different actions or tasks carried out in the context of an activity, providing a more detailed classification of the specific actions performed, such as phone calls, meetings, visits, follow-ups, among others.
You will need to know the following when working with activity types:
Create activity action types
Ulyses Cloud allows you to create as many activity action types as you want from the chain, and then all the properties that wish to do so can use them to record their activities.
- Chain Configuration > Client > Activity Action Type
Options for Activities
You can perform certain options on each activity action type:
-Show action history
-Deactivate
-Replace
-Delete
To do this, simply select the activity action type you want to modify and open the options panel.
