Activities in Ulyses Cloud can have different statuses, which are as follows:
- Completed: When an activity is marked as completed, it means that it has been carried out as planned and has been successfully finished.
- Canceled: If an activity is canceled, it means that it has been interrupted or annulled for some reason. It will not be carried out and is considered as not performed.
- Expired: This is used to indicate that an activity has expired or lapsed without being completed within the established timeframe.
To change the status of a commercial activity, follow these steps in Ulyses Cloud:
- Go to the details of the activity you want to modify.
- Within the options, select the status you want to assign to the activity.
