Ulyses Cloud allows activity tracking thanks to:
Calendar View Mode for Activities
This option allows you to see activities organized in a calendar. To access this feature, follow these steps:
- Go to the top menu and select Clients > Activities
- In the view section, choose the "Calendar" mode.
- Finally, select whether you want to see the activities by month, week, or day.
Depending on the filters selected at the top, the calendar will display a certain number of activities. By clicking on a specific activity, a summary will be shown and you will have the option to edit or delete it by clicking the corresponding icons.
"My Activities" Widget
We can add the "My Activities" widget to one of the main tabs of the PMS.
This widget allows quick and practical access to activities. To activate this widget, follow these steps:
- Go to the Ulyses Cloud main panel.
- Access one of your user’s custom panels.
- Click on "Add widget".
- Select the widget called "My Activities".
From the "My Activities" widget, you will have the following options:
- Filter activities by day, week, or month.
- Filter activities according to their status.
- Mark business activities as completed.
These features of Ulyses Cloud will allow you to have better visibility and control of your activities, whether through the calendar view mode or by using the "My Activities" widget.
