To create new activities, you can follow these steps in Ulyses Cloud:
- From the top menu, select the "Clients" option and then "Activities".
- Alternatively, you can create a new activity from the detail page of a company, client, or reservation.
- To do this, go to the corresponding detail page and select the "Activities" tab. Then, look for the "New activity" option and click on it.
When accessing the commercial activity creation form, you will find the following fields that you must complete:
- Activity action type: Select the type of action to be carried out in this activity, such as "Phone call", "Meeting", "Visit", etc.
- Activity type: Indicate the specific type of activity to be performed, such as "Sales", "Marketing", "Customer support", etc.
- Description: Provide additional information about the activity, such as specific details, objectives, or any other relevant information.
- From / To: Indicate the period during which the action will take place. Specify the start date and end date of the activity.
- Start time / End time: Indicate the start and end time when the action will take place.
- Contact: Indicate the main contact person related to this activity.
- Priority: Assign a priority to the activity to indicate its relative importance.
- Assigned to: Indicate the user responsible for completing the activity.
- Comments: Allows you to add additional comments or further information about the activity.
Afterwards, the activity will be visible from its corresponding tab in the detail page:
