What is a service group and what is it used for?
Service groups are used to include a list of products, for example: breakfast, breakfast upgrade, group breakfast.
The objective is to have a forecast list of services for the kitchen and to know the total number of breakfasts we will have.
How do we configure it?
1. Settings > chain > product > product group
2. Go to the product and associate the group
3. Go to the property forecast settings where you can add this service group
booking forecast and reports:
- ServiceGroupConsumed
- ServiceGroupForecast
