What is a DDR?
A DDR is an offer made by hotels that includes a per person, per day product package price. This package usually covers various services such as rooms, meeting space, meals, drinks, and other services. The aim of offering this type of package is to evenly distribute the total cost of all services included in the booking of an event or conference among all the participants. This way, each customer pays only for the services they use instead of charging everything to a group master bill.
How do I set up a DDR in ULYSES CLOUD?
To create a new DDR, we must first go to the hotel chain settings and select the "Product Package" option. Once there, we need to add all the products and services that will be included in this DDR package we want to create. This way, when offering the DDR to clients, they will have a clear view of all the services included in the package and the total price they will have to pay for it.
Product Settings > Product > Product Package > New Product Package
You can set up as many packages with different combinations of products and services as each hotel/property wants to create.
How do I set the package prices?
To set the prices of a package:
PMS > Rates > Product Packages
We can set default prices or prices per day.
