Ulyses Cloud allows you to easily edit reservations; specifically, you can
Edit reservations manually
To do this, go to any reservation and modify the value you want. Please keep the following in mind
- If the status is RESERVED you can modify any information of the reservation
- If the status is INHOUSE you can modify any information except
- Arrival date
- Information from past dates
- If the status is CHECKEDOUT you can only modify guest information
- If the status is NOSHOW you cannot modify the reservation
Additionally, you will find that when modifying certain variables, informational messages are displayed, specifically when modifying:
- Company (Booker): Commissions are recalculated if they exist
- Rate: Daily accommodation prices are recalculated
- Offer: The discount value (fixed or %) and daily prices are recalculated
- Promotion: The discount value (fixed or %) and daily prices are recalculated
Edit reservations through bulk update
The bulk update of reservations allows you to make changes to all stays in a reservation. To do this, select the information you want to modify in
- Reservation file > Options > Bulk update
From there, you can select the information you want to modify and the value you want to change it to.
