The reservation guests are the occupants of each of the rooms in a reservation. Since in most cases guest details are captured at the time of check-in, Ulyses Cloud loads the reservation holder as the first guest of the first stay, and these details can be modified later.
To access the details of the reservation guests, click on the tab
- Reservation Detail Sheet > Guest from where you can fill in the necessary information
- Fill in the guest form manually, via document scanner, or document gallery
- Link the guest to existing clients

To manually fill in the guest data form, the stay must be in Reserved or in-house status; otherwise, it cannot be modified.
To scan the document using one of the available integrations, simply select the device from the corresponding menu as shown below.
If you have already scanned the document and want to assign it to a specific stay, you will need to click on "Select document" (Select stored) at the bottom.
The corresponding dialog will appear
Once a document is selected, it will be copied to the guest form
Link the guest to an existing client
Currently, most reservations come from online channels that do not send any guest information. Guest data is collected through online check-in services or at the time of arrival.
In order to register clients only with high-quality data, it is the user who establishes the link between the guest and the client registered in Ulyses Cloud. As you fill in guest fields, Ulyses calculates possible matches with registered clients. This way, the link is narrowed down more easily.
Once linked, Ulyses will show some client statistics next to the client's name in the header.
Additionally, you can access a client summary showing client preferences, previous stays, consumption, and contact information.
