Ulyses Cloud allows you to add one or more stays to a reservation. To add stays to an existing reservation
- Reservation File > Add Room
From the New Room button, a dialog box will open allowing us to select from:
Create Manually:
When selecting the manual creation method, Ulyses Cloud will create a new reservation file that must be completed. This new stay is an identical copy of the first stay of the reservation, which we will be able to edit.
Create through Availability:
If an availability search is performed, Ulyses Cloud will display an availability search and from there. Click the Search button to start the search. We can filter accommodation types and rates from the funnel.
- Select all the rooms you wish to add. From View Cart, you can review your selection and remove rooms if necessary. Confirm your selection with the Next button.
- Fill out and confirm the following form
- Specify guests (optional)
Create with Assistant:
This is a hybrid between Availability and Manual creation, allowing you to manually add more detail than the Availability mode.
- It allows us to view Availability in several modes (Split, Tree, List, or Card), offering a preferred visualization of availability for the original reservation dates. From Settings, you can further customize the view
- We will confirm the room selection with the "Next" button, and move on to the second screen, where we will confirm the reservation holder's data that has been imported from the original reservation.
- We will complete the guest details for this stay (optional at this step)
- We move to the last tab of the process where we can register Custom Fields, statistics data, follow-ups, and payment methods, as well as additional comments and guarantee cards.
