Simply select when you want the charge to be automatically created, the amount, and the products you wish to add.

Automatic Charge Configuration
The configuration of charge automation is carried out in:
PMS Property Configuration > Reservation > Automatic Charges > New Automatic Charge
When generating an automatic charge, you will encounter a form that requires the following detailed information:
- Code: Unique identifier for the automatic charge.
- Name: Description or descriptive name of the charge.
- Service: Specification of the service associated with the automatic charge. All services created in the services section will appear:
PMS Property Configuration > Product > Products > Services
- Quantity: Indicates the quantity of the charge, with options to specify if it is per stay, per adult, junior, child, or infant.
- Frequency: Select the frequency with which the charge will be applied, with options such as daily, on arrival, on departure, one-time with an exact date, or customizable.
Within the process of creating the automatic charge, you will have the option to set the start and end date according to your preferences. In addition, you can set the charge price, allowing configuration as either a fixed amount or as a percentage of the total reservation price.
After you have created the automatic charge, it will be automatically applied to the stay’s folio, following the configuration previously established.
Excluding Automatic Charges from a Reservation
There will be an option to exclude certain reservations from generating automatic charges. This exclusion is carried out through the stay options, specifically by selecting the "EXCLUDE AUTOMATIC CHARGES" option.
Likewise, you will be able to re-include automatic charges. This action is performed using the same option, specifically by selecting "INCLUDE AUTOMATIC CHARGES" within the stay settings.
Additionally, there will be the possibility to exclude automatic charges in the case of group reservations. This exclusion is managed in a similar way:
