Ulyses Suite allows you to edit reservations easily and securely.
Changes can be made:
manually, reservation by reservation,
or via a bulk update, to apply changes to all stays within a reservation.
Edit a Reservation Manually
To edit a reservation, simply access the reservation record and adjust the desired information.
The editing options depend on the reservation status.
Rules Based on Reservation Status
Booked
All reservation information can be modified.In Progress
All information can be modified except the arrival date.
Past dates cannot be changed.Checked-out
Only guest data can be modified.No-show
The reservation can no longer be modified.
Automatic Recalculation During Edits
When certain information is changed, Ulyses Suite displays informational messages and automatically applies recalculations:
Company (booker)
Commissions are recalculated, if applicable.Rate
Daily accommodation prices are recalculated.Offer
The discount value (fixed amount or percentage) and daily prices are recalculated.Promotion
The discount value (fixed amount or percentage) and daily prices are recalculated.
These mechanisms ensure the financial consistency of the reservation.
Edit Reservations via BulkUpdate
The bulk update allows you to modify multiple pieces of information simultaneously on one or more stays within a reservation.
To access it:
Reservation Record > Options > Bulk Update
From this screen, you can:
select the stays to modify
select the fields to modify,
set the new value to apply,
apply changes to all selected stays.
This feature is especially useful for multi-stay reservations.
Note: When a rate is changed via bulk update, the system automatically recalculates the amounts for the affected nights and displays a confirmation window allowing you to review the old and new amounts before applying.

Editing options strictly depend on the reservation status.
Rate recalculations are performed automatically during certain changes.
Reservations with No-show status are locked and cannot be edited.
Bulk update affects all stays within the reservation.

Rate Change
Modification of the rate for some nights in a reservation, with automatic recalculation of daily prices. Useful for applying a "Dead Garage" rate, common in camping-type establishments.
Multi-Stay Reservation
Simultaneous update of information common to all stays (e.g., segment, company, channel).
Correction After Error
Correction of guest data after check-in or check-out, within the limits allowed by the reservation status.
