If your property is located in Spain, you will need to send the local police a record of all guests who have checked in. To do this, we recommend following the steps below
Activate National Police Integration
To do this, simply go to the top menu and activate the integration with the national police.
Basic parameter configuration and file sending
The name of the file that must be sent to the police daily must meet specific parameters for each hotel. This name is made up of the concatenation of the hotel code and a 3-digit sequence.
For this, the first day we start using Ulyses Cloud, we must complete the following integration values.

| Hotel code | Indicates the hotel code that forms the file |
| Sequence | Indicates the next sequence to be used to generate the file. |
| Sequence date | Date of the next sending |
Ulyses PMS will send to the indicated email address the file that must be sent to the police after the night audit is performed. To ensure this, we will need to fill in the following values

| SMTP account | Indicates the sending account used to send the email. In the following article we explain how to configure it. |
| Email to | Indicates the address to which the file will be sent |
| Email cc | Indicates the copy address to which the file will be sent |
| BCC | Indicates the blind copy address to which the file will be sent |
File status and download
To check if we have collected all the guest data or if it is incomplete, we will go to the Report tab from where we can see the status of each one.
Also, after selecting the day, we will be able to download the file in case it needs to be resent to the police.
