The integration between Ulyses Cloud and ReviewPro allows for sending guest information from reservations both prior to check-in and after they have checked out. From there, ReviewPro will send the corresponding satisfaction surveys.
The steps we must follow to connect Ulyses Cloud and ReviewPro once the integration has been added are as follows:
Once the integration is configured, we can track the sending process through the send history
Configure key and secret key
From the Configuration tab, we can enter the key and secret key values.
To obtain the key and secret key parameters, we need to contact our account manager at ReviewPro, who will provide them to us.
Once entered, we can select the surveys.
Select surveys to send
From the Surveys tab, we can select which survey we want to send at the time of Check-in and Check-out, respectively.
Send history
From the History tab, we can view the status of all the messages we have sent daily, for each of the reservations.
