Ulyses Suite integrates easily with the most popular key systems on the market, such as Assa Abloy, Salto, and Onity. All these integrations are carried out through Char, so it will be necessary to contact this company before activating the integration in Ulyses Suite.
Next, we must follow these steps
Once we have configured the integration, we can generate copies and duplicates of keys.
Add key provider integration
To activate the integration with any of the available key providers, go to
- Top menu>Integrations> search for the key provider
- Add the integration with the corresponding provider (or CharPMSLink)
Configure basic parameters
The basic parameters correspond to:
- URL: indicates the address of the server where the service must be provided by Char.

Configure encoders
Encoders are the key copiers (in case the key system has physical copiers). For each copier, we must indicate the following parameters
- Name: Identifies the device within the selectable list of copiers
- Code: The code is a parameter that must be provided by Char and is necessary for Ulyses Suite to communicate with the corresponding copy device.
