Ulyses Cloud allows you to make bulk modifications to rates, specifically:
- Open or close sales during a period
- Increase or decrease prices during a period
- Modify minimum/maximum stays and CTA/CTD
To do this, go to the following option:
- Top menu Rates > Rates
- Enter the details of a rate > Availability tab
- Click on Bulk Update
Open or close sales during a period
To open or close sales, follow these steps
- Select the accommodation(s) for which you want to open sales as well as the From/To period
- Select the tick next to "Close sales" and then check "Close sales" to close sales or leave it unchecked to open sales
Increase or decrease prices during a period
To increase or decrease prices during a period, follow these steps
- Select the accommodation(s) for which you want to modify prices as well as the From/To period
- Select the price modification mode and enter the amount. From here you can indicate:
- If you want to modify the price after taxes to a new one
- If you want to increase or decrease prices by a fixed amount of the established rate
Modify maximum and minimum stays, CTA/CTD
To modify maximum/minimum stays, CTA/CTD during a period, follow these steps:
- Select the accommodation(s) for which you want to modify the conditions
- Select minimum and/or maximum stays and indicate the corresponding value, and select if you want to close on arrival (CTA) or on departure (CTD)
