Ulyses Cloud allows us to edit rates in bulk, avoiding the need to access rates individually and modify their conditions (open/close sales, change min/max stay). From the bulk rate editing, we can, among other things:
- Close sales for specific periods
- Change min/max stay configuration
- Change CTA/CTD configuration
To access the bulk rate configuration, we do so through
- Top menu Rates>Rates
- Select the Availability view mode as shown below
From this view, we can perform the following actions
- View a list of rates by rate or by accommodation.
- Filter the list of rates by Rate Type
- Filter those rates that have specific accommodations
Next, we will access Bulk Update from where we will configure the action we want to perform on the rates we wish to update.
